The group obtained revenue of 278 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 36.54%; profit attributable to shareholders was 63.073 million yuan, an increase of 109.56% over the previous year; basic profit per share was 9.01 points; and a final dividend of 0.0764 yuan per share was proposed.
According to the announcement, in terms of decision consulting services, the Group provides customers with special decision consulting services such as regional strategy, park consulting, industrial planning, research and development, investment and financing consulting, and digital transformation consulting. For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's revenue from decision consulting services was approximately $162 million (approximately $142 million for the year ended December 31, 2022), accounting for about 58% of the Group's turnover, up about 15% from the same period last year.
