In 2023, the sales volume of pajamas and casual loungewear products was approximately 25,900,000 pieces (2022: approximately 26,600,000 pieces), with total sales of approximately HK$1,114,000,000 (2022: approximately HK$1,221,000,000), a decrease of about 700,000 pieces (about 2.6%) or about HK$107,000,000 (about 8.8%) compared to the same period last year. Sales demand for pajamas and casual wear products increased last year due to blockades in various countries, but this year's sales volume reflects the return of many end consumers to the office work model, leading to a slight decline in demand. Despite the decline in sales volume this year, the Group recorded a slight increase of 1.3% and 1.5% in gross margin and net profit margin, respectively. The Group adheres to cost awareness, adopts active cost control strategies, and expands the benefits of vertical integration.
