Based on this, Beifang Glass agreed to transfer and Kaisheng Technology agreed to acquire desulfurization and denitrification equipment. On the same day, North Glass and Kaisheng Engineering signed a contract for the transfer of cold end and annealing kiln equipment. Based on this, North Glass agreed to transfer and Kaisheng Engineering agreed to buy cold end and annealing kiln equipment.
