According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yingda Highway Renewable Technology (06888) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved HK$543 million during the period, an increase of 13.56% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$116.77 million; losses due to shareholders were HK$32.477 million during the same period last year, turning losses into profits; basic profit per share was HK1.15 cents.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue from the asphalt pavement maintenance service division in 2023 compared to 2022 is due to the following effects: the increase in revenue from the Group's “geothermal regeneration” project was relatively lower than the increase in the overall scope of services, due to revenue deduction adjustments for previous years' projects after completing settlement with customers; and Tianjin Expressway Maintenance carried out more road maintenance projects in 2023 and the increase in revenue from non-“ in-situ geothermal regeneration” projects in the review year.
