According to the Zhitong Finance App, Colliers Group (01118) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$4.146 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.94%; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$139 million, an increase of 83.58% over the previous year; basic profit per share was 24.19 HK cents; and a final dividend of HK3.5 cents per share was proposed.
According to the announcement, the slight decrease in revenue from the previous year was mainly due to the fact that most commodity prices, including steel, were lower than last year, and the coil processing business was basically terminated during the year. The volume of the two core businesses in 2023 will basically maintain the same level as the previous year, and there will even be a slight increase.
