According to the Zhitong Finance App, China and Austria (01538) announced the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 1.71 billion yuan (RMB, same below), an increase of 0.43% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders was 80054 million yuan, an increase of 4.09% year on year; basic profit per share was 0.094 yuan; and a final dividend of HK2.5 cents per share is proposed.
According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the decrease in property management business revenue from about 1,322 billion yuan for the year ended December 31, 2022 to about 1,286 billion yuan for the year ended December 31, 2023, a decrease of about 2.8% compared with the same period last year. In addition, revenue from the Group's cleaning and greening business increased by about 46.7 million yuan, or 21.6%, while revenue from other businesses decreased by about 2.9 million yuan or 1.8%.
