According to the Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Construction (00925) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 1,468 billion (same unit), an increase of 30.41% over the previous year; losses attributable to the company's shareholders amounted to 901 million yuan, an increase of 1170% over the previous year; and a loss of 12.93 points per share.

Through supply chain services, upstream and downstream customers are introduced, and the Group's existing infrastructure such as cold storage and logistics parks is transformed to provide customers with customized warehousing and logistics services along the supply chain, thereby improving the utilization rate of facilities, reducing operating costs, while controlling key risk control points such as warehousing, logistics, and customs clearance in the industrial chain, gradually improving profit levels, and providing customers with financial support, thus attracting more customers and businesses through the above value services, forming a “three-wheel drive” business growth model.

In addition, we carry out special connections with local cities for supply chain service operations, and carry out cold chain cooperation for imported food based on free trade zones, industrial parks, and logistics parks to promote the in-depth layout and high-quality development of the supply chain in the national industrial chain.
