According to the Zhitong Finance App, St. Martin International (00482) announced that the Group expects to achieve a consolidated net loss of no less than HK$155 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, compared with a consolidated net loss of approximately HK$80,515 million for the year ended 31 December 2022.
According to the announcement, the expected consolidated net loss during the reporting period is mainly due to (i) a decrease in the Group's revenue, (ii) a decrease in the fair value of the Group's investment properties based on the latest property valuation results, and (iii) losses attributable to an associated company.
