According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huijing Holdings (09968) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 941 million (same unit), an increase of 995.8% over the previous year; losses attributable to the owner of the parent company were 697 million yuan, a decrease of 71.59% over the previous year; and a loss of 0.13 yuan per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is due to the Pinghu Xingfuli Project, which was completed in 2023 and has basically been fully pre-sold before.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group's land reserves were about 2,836,700 square meters, including 18 projects and 4 plots of land, located in 8 cities in the Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
