According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhengrong Service (06958) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 1,146 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 0.37% over the previous year; loss attributable to the owner of the parent company was 81.189 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 71.14%; and a basic loss of 0.08 yuan per share.
According to the announcement, property management services are still the Group's biggest source of revenue. During the reporting period, revenue from property management services reached about 798 million yuan, accounting for 69.6% of the Group's total revenue. The increase in related revenue was due to the increase in the construction area under management, due to continued cooperation between the Group and Zhengrong Real Estate Group and their commitment to expand the third-party customer base. The decline in value-added services for non-owners is mainly due to a sharp drop in demand for services such as co-marketing services and additional customized services. The increase in revenue from value-added services from the community is mainly due to the increase in the number of service users and the increase in the provision of diversified household lifestyle products.
