Lo Kam Hsun will no longer act as authorized representative under the Listing Rules and authorized representative under the Company Regulations; Wang Dian-yi will no longer act as Lo Kam Hsun's alternate authorized representative and will be appointed as authorized representative under the Listing Rules; and Wong Chao-hung will be appointed as Wang Dian-er's replacement authorized representative; and Zhu Fugang will be appointed as authorized representative under the Company Regulations.
