The group's revenue was RMB 273 million (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 8.39%; net loss of RMB 80.267 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 52.06%; and a loss of 0.05 yuan per share.
According to the announcement, the decrease in losses in 2023 was mainly due to a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties owned by the Group this year.
