During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 3,956 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.39%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 629 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.51%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 618 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.66%; and basic earnings per share were 0.45 yuan/share.
Profit distribution plan or provident fund share capital transfer plan for the reporting period approved by the board of directors resolution: it is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.15 (before tax) per share to all shareholders based on the total share capital on the profit distribution date, and the remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to the next year.
