According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shanshan Brand (01769) announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of 1.06 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 20.3%; profit attributable to shareholders was 316,054 million yuan, an increase of 97.46% over the previous year; basic profit per share was 0.24 yuan; and a final dividend of 8 points per share was proposed.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the fact that the Group's e-commerce platform continued to strengthen channel expansion and cooperation on various Internet platforms and adjusted appropriate marketing strategies in due course, which enabled the FIRS and SHANSHAN brands to increase e-commerce platform revenue by 69.5% from 190 million yuan in FY2022 to 323 million yuan this year. E-commerce platform channel sales accounted for 30.5% of the group's revenue, ranking first; continued support for high-quality online distributors led to an increase of 41.5 million yuan in trademark transfer revenue.
