For the year ended December 31, 2023, the company's revenue was RMB 5.424 billion, up 4.72% year on year; gross profit was RMB 1,438 billion, up 7.50% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was RMB 445 million, up 5.09% year on year. The basic profit per share was RMB 0.52, with a proposed final interest of RMB 0.205 per share.
In 2023, the Group's revenue from property management services was approximately RMB 3,555 billion, an increase of approximately 17.5% over the same period in 2022, accounting for approximately 65.5% of total revenue. On December 31, 2023, the Group's managed area was about 223.7 million square meters, a net increase of about 25.4 million square meters or about 12.8% over the end of 2022. The proportion of the area from third parties in the management area was about 48.9%.

During the year, developers' revenue from value-added services was approximately RMB 555 million, down about 36.2% from approximately RMB 870 million in the same period in 2022, accounting for about 10.2% of total revenue.
