According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hefu Huihuang (00733) announced the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved continuous operating income of HK$1,295 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 14.66%; losses attributable to shareholders of HK$531 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8.52%; and a basic loss of 78.8 HK cents per share.
According to the announcement, the Group's property agency business segment's turnover in 2023 was approximately HK$1,251 billion (2022: approximately HK$1,426 million), accounting for about 97% of the Group's total turnover; while the turnover of the financial business was approximately HK$44 million (2022: approximately HK$91 million), accounting for about 3% of the Group's total turnover.
