The company received a letter from the Stock Exchange on March 25, 2024, stating further guidelines for resuming trading of all of the company's securities on the Stock Exchange in addition to the initial resumption guidelines and additional resumption guidelines. Further guidance on resuming trading indicates that since Qin Xiang resigned as an executive director of the company on March 15, 2024, all members of the company's board of directors are of the same gender, so the company must re-comply with section 13.92 of the Listing Rules.

The Exchange further stated that before approval is granted to resume trading of the company's securities, the company must remedy the issues that led to the suspension of securities trading and must fully comply with the Listing Rules to the extent that the Exchange is satisfied and satisfied.
