According to the Zhitong Finance App, TERMBRAY IND (00093) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$197 million, up 20.72% year on year; profit during the year was HK$12.136 million, a decrease of 20.1% year on year; and profit per share was HK 0.45 cents.
According to the announcement, the decrease in profit was mainly due to interest income from the financial lending business of approximately HK$195 million (2022: HK$159 million), an increase of approximately HK$35.2 million over the year ended 31 December 2022; net impairment losses on financial assets of approximately HK$83.8 million; and fair value losses of about HK$9 million from investment properties.
