On March 28, GLONGHUI | Liberal Arts Interactive (00434.HK) announced that on March 28, 2024, the company adopted the 2024 plan to motivate qualified persons to contribute to the group and attract, motivate and retain them for the future development and expansion of the group by providing opportunities to own shares in the company. The 2024 Plan is valid and effective for eight years from the date of adoption.
The 2021 plan will end when the 2024 plan is adopted. No more restricted share units will be granted under the 2021 plan; however, restricted share units that have been granted but have not yet been vested may continue to be owned and subject to the terms of the 2021 plan. As of the date of this announcement, a total of 40.8028 million ungranted shares were held by its current trustee under the 2021 plan. These remaining shares will be used to meet future shares granted by the Group in accordance with the 2024 plan.
