The group achieved operating income of 1,209 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 0.58%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 278 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.72%; basic income per share was 0.72 yuan; and a final dividend of 3.62 yuan per 10 shares was proposed.
According to the announcement, the company's gross profit fell 4.12% from about 914 million yuan as of 2022 to about 876 million yuan as of 2023. Gross margin fell from 76.03% as of 2022 to 72.48% as of 2023. This is mainly due to the decline in sales prices of the company's related products due to the impact of the implementation of the national procurement of high-value consumables in bulk.
