According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tianchang Group (02182) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$698 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 39.03%; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$234.57 million, a year-on-year decrease of 77.86%; basic profit per share of HK3.78 cents; and proposed to pay a final dividend of HK1.5 cents per share.
According to the announcement, for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Integrated Injection Moulding Solutions segment revenue was approximately HK$572 million, accounting for about 82.1% of total revenue, a decrease of approximately HK$14.7 million or about 2.5% from the segment revenue of approximately HK$587 million for the year ended 31 December 2022. This was mainly due to a decrease in orders from the Group's major customers during the year.
