Gelonghui, March 28 | Heilan Home (600398.SH) announced that the company received a “Notice Letter” from Shanghai Ruijun Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Ruijun Asset Management”) to reduce its holdings of Heilan bonds by 10%. Rui County Asset Management and its co-actor, Shanghai Xingju Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“Xing Ju Investment”) held a total of 6,005,980 Hailan Convertible Bonds, accounting for 20.02% of the total amount of Heilan Convertible Bonds issued. From July 28, 2021 to March 27, 2024, private equity investment funds issued and managed independently reduced their holdings of Heilan convertible bonds by a total of 6,005,980 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system through centralized bidding transactions and share transfers in the secondary market, accounting for 20.02% of the total amount of Heilan convertible bonds issued.
