According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiahua International (00173) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved a turnover of HK$6.103 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 30.6%; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$802 million, a year-on-year decrease of 41.55%; basic profit per share was 25.6 HK cents; and plans to distribute a final dividend of HK9 cents per share in exchange for shares.
According to the announcement, the Group's contracted accrued sales in 2023 (that is, sales contracted by the Group and contracted sales from joint ventures and joint ventures) are approximately HK$5.9 billion, mainly from Hong Kong Victoria Harbour Exchange and Jiafeng Hui, Nanjing Jia Jing Feng, Suzhou Jia Zhi Feng and Guangzhou Jiayunhui.
On December 31, 2023, the Group's contracted but unconfirmed accrued sales amounted to approximately HK$12.6 billion, which are expected to be recorded in 2024.
