Gelonghui March 28 | Yuanda Housing & Construction (02163.HK) announced that Mr. Hu Shengli has resigned as the company's executive director, general manager and member of the Strategy Committee due to job adjustments, effective March 28, 2024. After his resignation, Mr. Hu will no longer hold any position in the company.
Mr. Zhang Jian, the current executive director and chairman of the company, has been appointed as the company's general manager with effect from March 28, 2024. Mr. Zhang's term of office as general manager of the company began on the date the current board resolution was passed until the fourth board of directors of the company was established and a new senior manager was appointed.
