The group achieved revenue of 501 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 72%; losses attributable to the company's owners were 35 million yuan, an increase of 36.69% over the previous year; and the basic loss per share was 0.028 yuan.
According to the announcement, the decline in revenue is mainly due to the “Farmer and Herdsman” S2B2C platform, which is still in the consolidation stage. The focus is on optimizing the cooperative store network, enriching the variety of products, and adjusting business strategies, which has led to poor performance in the fresh food retail business.
