According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yincheng Life Service (01922) announced the full year results of 2023, with revenue of about $1,973 billion (RMB, same below), up about 15.2% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was about $117 million, up about 9.5% year on year; profit per share was 0.44 yuan; and proposed special dividend of HK$0.124 per share.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group's property management services covered 25 cities in China, 20 of which are located in the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area. As of December 31, 2023, the Group managed 1,057 properties, including 640 residential properties and 417 non-residential properties, serving more than 600,000 households, covering more than 1.9 million people.
According to reports, the increase in revenue was due to an increase in the number of residential and non-residential projects undertaken by the Group, resulting in an increase in revenue from providing property management services; and with the continuous development of the business, the scope of value-added services provided by the Group expanded, continuing to contribute revenue to the Group.
