According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hejing Taifu Group (01813) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 15.807 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 17.5% over the previous year; loss attributable to shareholders was 18.733 billion yuan, an increase of 102.72% over the previous year; and a basic loss of 548 points per share.
According to the announcement, the Group's revenue mainly includes total proceeds from property sales; total recurring income received and receivable from investment properties; and total revenue from hotel rent, food and drink sales and other ancillary services (when services have been confirmed to be provided). Revenue comes mainly from three business segments: Property Development, Property Investment, and Hotel Operations.
In 2023, property development revenue increased 18.0% from about $11.908 billion in 2022 to about $14.047 billion, mainly due to the increase in the total construction area delivered from 8062 million square meters in 2022 to 925,000 square meters in 2023.
