The group achieved revenue of HK$265 million during the reporting period, an increase of 89.91% over the previous year. Gross profit was HK$59.924 million, up 215.41% year over year. The loss attributable to the owner of the company was HK$47.026 million, and the loss narrowed by 88.02% year over year. Loss per share was HK19.2 cents.
During the reporting period, the Group's sharp decrease in performance losses was mainly due to an increase in the Group's revenue and a reduction in administrative expenses. In addition, the Group confirmed a one-time fair value income of HK$42.403 million for investment properties, while the Group's one-time fair value loss for investment properties in 2022 was approximately HK$380 million.
