On March 27, GLONGHUI | Excellent Commercial Enterprise Service (06989.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's revenue was approximately RMB 3,927 billion, an increase of 11.3% over the previous year. Profit attributable to company owners in 2023 was approximately RMB 303 million, with a basic profit of RMB 24.8 cents per share. The board of directors recommended a final dividend of HK6.82 cents per share. The Group continues to focus on the “1+1+X” strategy, deeply cultivate the two core advantage regions of the Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta, focusing on the layout of first-tier, new-tier and other high-value cities to achieve balanced development in key nationalized regions. In terms of management area, first-tier and new first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Chongqing accounted for 77.6%, while the two core economic zones of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta accounted for 62.4%.
For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's contract area was about 76.7 million square meters, an increase of about 9.5% over the same period in 2022; the management area was about 64.1 million square meters, an increase of about 19.2% over the same period in 2022.
