Operating revenue was about 1,286 million yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year decrease of about 4.9%; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was about 209.9 billion yuan, an increase of about 3.3% over the previous year. Basic earnings per share are approximately $0.24, and a proposed final dividend of $0.05 per share (tax included).
The main reason for the year-on-year decline in the Group's revenue during the reporting period was a decrease in revenue from tap water and engineering installations. Gross margin decreased from 36.5% in 2022 to 34.5% in the reporting period. The decline in gross margin was mainly a decline in tap water gross profit.
