According to the announcement, the sharp decrease in net losses attributable to company owners is mainly due to the fair value change loss of approximately HK$106 million (2022: HK$154 million) from their equity securities, unlisted investment funds and unlisted equity investments listed in Hong Kong, China, in the current year (2022: HK$154 million), which is basically in line with the sharp slowdown in the overall Hong Kong stock market and global market in 2023.
