According to Zhitong Finance App News, Renrui Talent (06919) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of about $4.472 billion, up 22.9%; gross profit of about $422 million, up 128.7% year on year; profit attributable to company equity holders of $410.45 million, loss due in 2022; adjusted profit of about $105 million, up 338.6% year on year; basic profit per share of 0.27 yuan, with proposed final dividend of HK$0.09 per share.
In 2023, the company resumed strong growth and turned losses into profits, mainly due to the rapid expansion of the digital talent business, improved operational efficiency and cost control. Revenue from digital technology and cloud services was 1,752.5 billion yuan, an explosive increase of 225.2% over 2022. The number of integrated flexible workers increased from about 30,800 on December 31, 2022 to about 36,000 on December 31, 2023. Among them, the number of digital talents increased from about 6,300 in 2022 to about 9,500 in 2023, and the scale of services has steadily increased. Revenue from comprehensive flexible employment services was approximately RMB 4.427.5 billion, an increase of about 23.9% over the previous year.
Gross margin was about 9.4% in 2023, and 5.1% in 2022. This is mainly due to a sharp increase in revenue contributions from digital technology and cloud services businesses with high gross margins, leading to an increase in gross profit.
