According to the Zhitong Finance App, Vanke Overseas (01036) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of about HK$364 million, up about 3.13% year on year; net profit of HK$276.99 million, down 1.67% year on year; profit per share of HK$0.07; and proposed final dividend of HK$0.06 per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the combined effects of the following: the recovery of the principal amount of the investment instrument during the year led to a decrease in the principal balance, which reduced interest income from the investment instrument; the increase in revenue generated by Xingyu in the trial operation in September 2023; and the increase in revenue generated by asset management services.
