Gelonghui, March 27, 丨 Sunshine Energy (00757.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group recorded annual revenue of about RMB 7.19 billion, an increase of about 4.7% over the previous year; it recorded an annual profit amount of approximately RMB 140 million from continuing operations. Compared with the annual loss of approximately RMB 135 million from continuing operations recorded for the year ended December 31, 2022, there was a significant change to loss of profit. Basic and diluted earnings of RMB 3.37 per share attributable to common shareholders of the parent company.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in orders from existing customers and successful development of new customers, which led to a continued significant increase in PV module shipments.

The Group is also committed to the development and sale of high-efficiency monocrystalline module products, such as high-end products such as P-type double-sided double-glass modules, N-type TopCon modules, and multi-main grid BS modules. Second, the Group's component production line can also produce multi-grid single and double glass 182mm and 210mm large-size modules. The module power can reach 660 watts or more, and the related equipment automation intelligence and packaging technology are all leading in the industry. In addition, for the 54-piece all-black component product, the component is packaged in an all-black material. The component itself guarantees total black and zero color difference between the components to the naked eye, taking into account the consistency and aesthetics of the component's appearance. The all-black component enhances the diversification of products, enhances the competitive advantage of products, and further increases sales performance.

According to information analysis of recent tenders in the Chinese photovoltaic market, PV modules with specifications of 182 mm and above account for more than 4/5 of the tendered product specifications. Since all of the Group's PV module production lines can produce large products such as 182 mm and 210 mm, these large silicon wafers and large modules are mainstream products in the current market, so the Group's sales side's shipping capacity can be further improved, creating opportunities to increase gross margin. In addition, the Group has also carried out a number of research projects on N-type heterojunction HJT technology, perovskite technology, BIPV products, and flexible components to upgrade mass production technology for these products, thereby expanding the market sales volume of corresponding products and maintaining the Group's resilience and competitiveness in the market.
