Zhitong Finance App News, Northeast Securities (000686.SZ) announced that Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Yatai Group”), the largest shareholder of the company, plans to sell 29.81% of the company's shares, of which 20.81% of the company's shares are to be sold to Changchun City Development Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Changfa Group”), to sell 9% of the company's shares to Changchun Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Changchun Financial Holdings”). On March 27, 2024, Yatai Group signed “Intent Agreements” with Changfa Group and Changchun Financial Holdings respectively. The “Intent Agreement” signed between Yatai Group and Changfa Group on July 26, 2022 will no longer be implemented.
Currently, the company has no controlling shareholders or actual controllers. The transferor Yatai Group and Changfa Group, one of the transferees, are controlled by the Changchun State-owned Assets Administration Commission, and Changfa Group directly holds 3.38% of Yatai Group's shares. This transaction between Yatai Group and Changfa Group forms a related transaction.
