According to the Zhitong Finance App, Junyu Foundation (01757) issued an announcement that since the company and Zhitong (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Grant Thornton”) failed to reach a consensus on audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, Grant Thornton has resigned as the company's auditor, effective March 27, 2024.
Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Yongtuo Fuxin”) as the company's new auditor with effect from March 27, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Zhitong's resignation. The term of office is until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
