Zhitong Finance App News, Haohua Technology (600378.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase 100% of the total shares of Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd. held by China Sinochem Group Co., Ltd. and Sinochem Asset Management Co., Ltd. by issuing shares, and also plans to raise supporting capital (“this transaction”) from no more than 35 eligible specific investors, including China Foreign Economic and Trade Trust Co., Ltd., and Sinochem Capital Innovation Investment Co., Ltd.
