According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hebei Construction (01727) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of 33.493 billion yuan (RMB, same below); net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of 171 million yuan; and basic profit per share of 0.10 yuan.
The majority of the Group's revenue during the period was generated from construction engineering contracting business, which mainly included housing construction business, infrastructure construction business, and professional and other construction engineering contracting business. In 2023, the amount of new contracts signed by the Group was 31,964 billion yuan, compared to 43.732 billion yuan in the same period last year; the amount of unfinished contracts was 59.849 billion yuan, compared to 69.722 billion yuan in the same period last year.
