The Group's net profit was approximately RMB 1,563.8 million, up about 5.8% year on year, and the net interest rate was about 12.5%, which was basically the same as in 2022.
On December 31, 2023, the Group's total contract area was about 800 million square meters, and the area under management was about 532 million square meters; the new third party contract area this year was about 23.09 million square meters.
