The group achieved revenue of 1,281 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 22.8% over the previous year; losses attributable to company owners were 72.364 million yuan; basic loss per share was 0.129 yuan.
According to the announcement, the sharp increase in total revenue was mainly driven by the continuous increase in the per capita contribution value of core CRM PaaS service users and the steady increase in the number of CRM SaaS service customers.
After more than ten years of development, the Group has an experienced professional technical team with independent R&D and innovation, and technology platforms such as APaaS and CPaaS to support product service upgrades, which also makes the Group's technology research and development level and product competitiveness in a leading position in the industry. By the end of the reporting period, the Group had obtained 148 authorized patents and 184 computer software copyrights.
