(China Medical Network) on October 5, 2023 (acquisition matter), China Medical Network's audited accounts need to be comprehensively included in the company's accounts. Prior to the acquisition, China Medical Network was not a subsidiary of another listed company, so there was no need to prepare comprehensive reporting data. Therefore, China Medical Network's financial team took longer than expected to complete the comprehensive reporting data for the period up to the date of the acquisition and the year ended December 31, 2023. The change of auditors in China Medical Network in December 2023 also further delayed the above work.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2024, pending publication of the 2023 annual results.
