Gelonghui, March 27, 丨 Shunfeng Clean Energy (01165.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, revenue was approximately RMB 238 million, down 23.8% year on year; gross profit was approximately RMB 118 million, down 18.2% year on year; EBITDA was approximately RMB 43.94 million, down 89.3% year on year; adjusted EBITDA was approximately RMB 178 million, down 40.8% year on year; basic loss per share.
During the reporting period, revenue decreased by 23.8% year-on-year, mainly due to the completion of share transfer registration of the target company for the sale of solar power plants this year, and the relevant revenue was not confirmed after completion. Specifically, 100% of Baoshan Changshan Shunfeng Suntech Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. completed share transfer registration procedures in February 2023, and completed 100% share registration procedures for Pu Xin Cheng Da (BVI) Limited in June 2023 for the second sale in 2022, all of which led to a decrease in revenue. Furthermore, the Group's solar power plants in several provinces or regions of China were affected by cuts in energy production this year, leading to a reduction in power generation. As a result, the Group's revenue from power generation in China decreased by about RMB 40 million this year, while the power generation also recorded an estimated loss of about 46,000 megawatt-hours.
