Torm A/S (DK:TRMD.A) has released an update.
TORM plc has announced a capital increase from the exercise of Restricted Share Units as part of its incentive program, resulting in an issuance of 71,152 new A-shares at various subscription rates without pre-emption rights. The new shares will grant dividends and other rights from the date of issuance and are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen promptly. This capital increase brings TORM’s total share capital to USD 927,356.40, consisting of over 92 million A-shares and singular B and C shares with specific voting rights.
