Loan Claim - Loan Claim Hearing was held in November 2023, and as of the date of this announcement, the Chinese court has not yet decided on the loan claim lawsuit; 2. Record Application - As of the date of this announcement, Guangdong Gudou is preparing its application documents, and the hearing of the recording application has not yet been decided. Guangdong Gudou is making every effort to speed up the preparation process; 3. In addition to the cooperation claim, since the Chinese court ruled that the cooperation agreement has been terminated, Guangdong Gudou is preparing to apply to the Chinese court to decide on the right to share profits from the joint venture on the grounds that Guangdong Aoyuan has not fulfilled its obligations in accordance with the cooperation agreement. 4. After the termination of the joint venture, the Group received several claims from the joint venture contractors for the settlement of unpaid construction and other costs totaling RMB 31 million. The Group has calculated the corresponding amount, but considering that according to the cooperation agreement, such settlements relating to the operation of the joint venture should be borne by Guangdong Aoyuan, and the Group has recorded construction costs settled on behalf of Guangdong Aoyuan as accounts receivable from the joint operator.
