The 47th meeting of the 3rd board of directors held on March 29, 2023 deliberated and passed the “Proposal on Temporary Supplementation of Liquidity with Idle Capital Raised by A-share IPOs”, agreeing to temporarily supplement working capital with idle capital raised from A-share IPOs of no more than RMB 1,053 billion. The period of use is no more than one year. According to the above resolution, the company used a total of RMB 1,053 billion in idle capital raised from A-shares to temporarily supplement working capital.
