All conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters have been completed on March 27, 2024. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, a total of 60 million shares have been allocated and issued to no less than six assignees at an placement price of HK$0.401 per share, accounting for approximately 19.98% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to completion of the placement and approximately 16.65% of the company's issued share capital through allotment and issuance of placement shares immediately after the placement was completed.
The net proceeds from the placement were approximately HK$23.8 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the placement as general working capital and/or future investments of the Group when opportunities arise.
