The group achieved operating income of 170 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 13.95%; net loss to mother of 733 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 31.6%; and a basic loss of 1.35 yuan per share.
According to the announcement, the main reason for the loss during the reporting period was that the company still faced high overdue debts during the reporting period, resulting in a total of about 260 million yuan in expenses such as interest on debts and overdue penalties. During the reporting period, Atomic Energy Company Nuoxing (Shanghai) Apparel Co., Ltd., Laxia Leisure, and Laxia Taicang each entered bankruptcy liquidation or bankruptcy restructuring proceedings. The company lost control over them, resulting in an unlisted loss of about 380 million yuan. During the reporting period, Chengdu's logistics asset auction disposal lost about 30 million yuan. Since Atomic Energy Company Shanghai Weile and Laxia Taicang respectively entered bankruptcy liquidation proceedings or bankruptcy restructuring proceedings and were no longer included in the scope of the merger, the company's rental business revenue decreased by about 40 billion yuan. At the same time, the company had to bear additional expenses of about 0.1 billion yuan from leasing office space and warehousing and logistics centers. During the reporting period, net loss attributable to shareholders of the company after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was about 150 million yuan, a decrease of about 170 million yuan compared to the previous year.
