According to Zhitong Finance App News, Daohe Global (00915) announced the final results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of US$443.55 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 14.5%; profit attributable to shareholders was US$1.978 million, an increase of 93.73% over the previous year; and the basic profit per share was 0.13 cents.
The announcement said that in terms of trade and supply chain management services, the Group continues to face challenges such as high inflation, tight monetary policy, excessive customer inventories, and political instability, which weakens demand in major markets. Shipments this year fell by about 19.7% year over year to about US$131 million. In addition, revenue from the Group's trade and supply chain management services business decreased by about 34.1% from about US$26.7 million last year to approximately US$17.6 million. This was due to a decrease in trade volume due to a decrease in shipping volume and changes in the sales mix.
