WING ON CO (00289.HK): Achieves net profit of HK$123 million, final interest of HK60 cents and special interest of HK60 cents in 2023

On March 27, GLONGHUI | WING ON CO (00289.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, revenue was approximately HK$1,056 million, up 1.5% year on year; profit attributable to the company's shareholders was about HK$123 million; loss due to company shareholders was approximately HK$301 million during the same period last year; basic profit per share was HK$42.4 cents. The Board of Directors recommended that the 2023 final dividend of HK60 cents per share (2022: HK15 cents) be distributed to shareholders registered in the company's shareholder register on June 26, 2024. To celebrate the 115th anniversary of the Group's department store business founded in 1907, a special dividend of HK60 cents per share was distributed in 2023 for the year ended 31 December 2022.
