The group obtained revenue of RMB 2.145 billion (same unit), up 31.2% year on year; net profit of 230 million yuan, up 108.2% year on year; adjusted net profit of 241 million yuan, up 53.2% year on year; and plans to pay a final dividend of HK$0.47 per share. As of December 31, 2023, the number of Group stores has exceeded 400, and 50 new stores have been opened and acquired throughout the year.
Furthermore, the company announced that it will invest 70% of the core assets of Nariel Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Nariel”) with a consideration strategy of RMB 350 million. The main assets of this transaction are 88 stores, including 80 beauty stores, 6 medical and aesthetic clinics, and 2 traditional Chinese medicine clinics. Moreover, they are all Nerill's core high-quality assets.
